Diana Feldman is a board-certified drama therapist who has been a pioneer in Drama Therapy and arts education for over thirty years. Her acclaimed evidence-based drama therapy method has reached over 250,000 youth, teachers and parents in hundreds of New York City schools, specializing in working with the most vulnerable youth. Her cutting-edge trauma-informed method teaches critical life skills and social emotional skills focusing on self-awareness as the first step to transformation. Her institutes have reached educators nationally and internationally. Feldman also helped youth workers around the country in hospitals, performing arts organizations, clinics and corporations. She has won numerous awards, including a five-year research grant from the Ford Foundation and Best Creative Group Counseling Method from the American Group Psychotherapy Association. Feldman holds an MA from New York University. She is presently writing a book about her experiences.
